I certainly didn't until a couple of weeks ago when I get a letter days after my insurance renewal asking for my insurance details.
Yes the tosser claimed. Quite why it took 4 months for their insurance company to get to me I don't know.
Trying it on I bet. Never the less once I'd filled in the details and the insurance companies talked to each other, I've received another letter from my insurance company stating that my no claims amount is now 1 year. I've called up to find out what they were on about but it seems that they deduct 2 years each time an accident occurs. I was on 3 at the time of the accident so now its 1.
So I've got to wait another 3 years before I can protect my NCD, which sucks quite frankly.
