My father has a problem / question he needs answering, and whilst I don't know the question yet, if people stick their hands up here I'll find out what it was and ask it.

UPDATE:
It turns out my father is actually looking for either or both of:
a) Someone who can give him some tuition.
or
b) Someone who can spare the time to do some autocad design work for him.
To clarify there IS money involved as my father's alternatives are a company who will charge him lots of money, any savings he could make would be good.
However he needs to get started and would like to meet with such a person this week, the earlier the better. If the meeting turns out favourable it could turn into a longer term project.
Finally I should mention he's got a lead of someone who might be able to help and this company are currently his fall back plan.
